Terms & Conditions

Last updated: April 2026 · Applies to all GoLaunchly projects

1. Acceptance

By paying a deposit, signing a quote, or confirming a project in writing (including via WhatsApp or email), the Client is considered to have read and agreed to these Terms in full. These Terms apply to all projects delivered by GoLaunchly.

2. Services and scope

GoLaunchly will deliver the services described in the agreed quote or package. Anything not explicitly included in the agreed scope is not covered unless confirmed in writing. Minor visual differences may occur across different devices and browsers.

Post-delivery support is limited to fixing genuine technical defects reported within 7 calendar days of handover. Design or content changes requested after this period are handled as a new quote.

3. Payment

We collect payment in two stages:
• 50% upfront via PayNow or bank transfer to begin the project
• 50% upon completion before the site goes live

Work only begins once the initial payment and all required business content are received. Invoices are payable within 3 business days of issue. If payment is not received by the due date, GoLaunchly reserves the right to pause work until the outstanding amount is settled. Timelines will extend accordingly.

4. Revisions and change requests

Each package includes a set number of revision rounds:
• Build — 1 revision
• Launch — 2 revisions
• Grow — 4 revisions
• Scale — unlimited revisions within scope

A revision is defined as one consolidated round of feedback submitted in a single written message.
Feedback sent across multiple messages at different times may be treated as separate revision rounds at GoLaunchly's discretion.

Any request that expands or materially changes the original scope, including additional pages, new features, or redesigns, is a change request and is not included in your package. A separate quote will be issued and must be approved in writing before any additional work begins.

Revisions beyond your package limit will be quoted separately. No extra work begins without written approval.

5. Timelines and client responsibilities

GoLaunchly operates Monday to Friday, excluding Singapore public holidays. All response times and project timelines are based on business days only. Estimated timelines assume the Client provides content, feedback, and approvals promptly.

To keep things on track, the Client is expected to:
• Provide all required inputs (logos, business details, and media) to start the project. If GoLaunchly is handling the copywriting, the Client must still provide the raw information needed for the drafts to start the project.
• Respond to feedback requests and milestone deliveries within 3 business days
• Submit all feedback for a revision round in a single, consolidated message.

If GoLaunchly does not receive a response to a milestone within 3 business days, we may treat that version as approved so we can move to the next stage. Any changes requested after this "auto-approval" may count as a new Revision round.

If the Client does not respond or provide required inputs for 21 calendar days, GoLaunchly may close the project. The initial deposit will be forfeited and any remaining work will be cancelled. Reactivating a closed project is treated as a new project and may incur a restart fee of $100.

6. Intellectual property and portfolio rights

Upon full payment, the Client is granted full ownership of the final website design and content. While the Client owns the design, the website remains hosted on GoLaunchly’s infrastructure subject to the terms in Section 8. Any request to transfer the website files to an external hosting provider is a technical process and is subject to a one-time migration fee of $100.

GoLaunchly retains ownership of any pre-existing tools, templates, frameworks, and reusable components used to build the site. Premium plugins, paid templates, and specialized third-party software required for specific features are additional costs and are not included in the GoLaunchly package fee.
• If a project requires items that incur third-party costs, GoLaunchly may require payment before purchase.
• The Client is responsible for maintaining and renewing these individual accounts and licenses after handover to ensure the site remains functional.

The Client is responsible for ensuring they have the legal right to use all materials they provide, including images, logos, and text. GoLaunchly is not liable for any claims arising from Client-supplied content.

GoLaunchly reserves the right to display completed work in its portfolio. If the Client wishes to opt out, they must request this in writing before the project begins.

7. Refunds and chargebacks

The upfront 50% deposit is non-refundable once work has begun. If GoLaunchly is unable to deliver the agreed scope, a partial or full refund will be discussed on a case-by-case basis.

If the Client initiates a chargeback or payment dispute while work is in progress, GoLaunchly reserves the right to pause delivery and revoke access to all deliverables until the dispute is resolved. If the dispute results in reversal of payment, any rights to use the delivered work are suspended until full payment is restored.

8. Hosting, domain, and third-party services

All packages include a free domain and 1 year of hosting. After year 1, renewal costs are subject to third-party price changes but are currently estimated at $20/year for the domain and $120/year for hosting. GoLaunchly will send a reminder via WhatsApp or email 30 days before your renewal is due. However, the Client is ultimately responsible for ensuring payment is made on time to avoid any service interruption. GoLaunchly is not responsible for renewal if the Client manages their own account.

GoLaunchly does not guarantee specific outcomes such as search rankings, leads, or revenue. Many deliverables rely on third-party platforms that may change their policies and capabilities without notice.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GoLaunchly's total liability for any claim is limited to the fees paid for the specific project giving rise to the claim.

9. Business closure and site transfer

In the event that GoLaunchly ceases operations, we will notify affected clients at least 30 days in advance and arrange full transfer of hosting, domain, WordPress admin access, and all site files for a one-time fee of $100.

10. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep each other's confidential business information private and to use it solely for the purpose of delivering the agreed project.

11. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to attempt good-faith resolution before pursuing formal action. GoLaunchly and the Client submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.

12. Updates to these terms

GoLaunchly may update these Terms from time to time. Updates apply to new projects only and do not retroactively change an already agreed scope.
